• a great selection of amps from a 2010 PEAVEY bandit combo (if its good enough for josh homme its good enough for me), An orange crush 120 watt head a HOMEMADE combo amp and a blackstar amp.

• a sexy selection of guitar cabs with marshall guitar cabs, music man and fender bass cabs.

• A modern premier drumkit and a ludwig rocker for rent.

• full pa system, 3 sm58 microphones and leads and 3 mic stands.

• a toilet and a kitchen with a microwave for snacks, and a fridge for energy drinks and what not

• an old upright galley piano

• a sofa to chill out on and vibe

• we have a shit old xbox one with skate 3 on it plugged into an old shit tv.
